When I'm 17
Right now I would like to move to a town house in Monticello
with my family. This house has 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and 1 three quarter
bath. It is approximately 2,885 sq ft. The house is listed at $258,900. Here is

This house is located near Pinewood Elementary school. I
like the idea of being in town and close to all of the small shops. This house
is literally two blocks away from my old house as well. I love the curb appeal
that this house exerts. It looks very fresh and nice. The interior has many
design features that fit my family as well. The house includes a den/office
which my dad would use for his part time job. My mom could use one of the extra
bedrooms as her office since it would be much larger. Right now both of my
parents share an office and it is a very tight space. Our extra bedroom now is
used for storage of kitchen items. Our kitchen is very limited on cabinets.

This kitchen provides much storage for all of the kitchen
items. My family is usually separated in the house. This home would
make us closer together with the open floor plan. Here is a picture of the

When I'm 21
When I’m 21 I will probably be in college. I plan on
attending St. Cloud State University for now but my plans could change. If I were
to live in St. Cloud I would be living in an apartment with my boyfriend. We
would only need a little bit of storage for the both of us. I would give up the
sense of privacy to gain a sense of security. I would choose to live in a quiet
neighborhood. I would choose to live in
the Goetten’s Grove Apartment complex. The complex also includes townhomes.
This gives a sense of belonging to the small community that is built into a
larger one. For a one bedroom/one bathroom apartment the rent is $565 a month.
The rent includes air conditioning, a fitness center, a pool, a sauna, a
garage, and a washer/dryer in the unit. Goetten’s Grove is located in St. Cloud
near shops and entertainment. The drive to school for both my boyfriend and me
would be short. We would also be right across from Rotary Park. The complex is
in a nice, quiet neighborhood near other apartments and townhomes.
When I'm 41
When I reach
the age of 41, I plan on having anywhere from 1-3 kids. I’m hoping to have a
decent paying job as well as a husband with a decent paying job. I would need
to have a home that is similar to the home I chose for my family now. I would
like to live in a small neighborhood in an average size town. I would like to
have some distance in between my neighbors and I as well. This would give a
little more privacy. I have chosen this house in Monticello.
This home is
located on the Mississippi River. It is about two minutes away from downtown
Monticello. The location of the home is great along with the neighborhood. The
home is secluded from the neighbors but it is still located in a neighborhood. The
wooded area adds to its privacy. This house also has fabulous landscaping. It
looks very welcoming. It is listed at $317,500. It has three bedrooms, one and
a three quarter bath. The total square footage is 2,304 sq. ft. The home was built
in 1985 so there would need to be some renovations. A few have already been
done by previous home owners. All in all, I believe this home would be perfect
for a small family.
When I'm 71
When I’m 71,
I hope to still live with my husband. At this time I would probably downsize to
a smaller home since I wouldn’t necessarily need much storage space. I would
probably choose to live in a townhome. Most townhomes do not require you to do
your lawn work since they do it for you. This would be nice since I don’t think
I would be able to do it myself. The curb appeal of this home is also
welcoming, like the others I have chosen. I feel like the landscaping gives a
great first impression of a home. This home that I have chosen is located just
past downtown Rogers. It is mixed in with other townhomes which gives it a
sense of community. The home is about 1,790 sq. ft. with two bedrooms and one
and a three quarter bathroom. Another thing which is nice about this home is
that it has main floor laundry. It would be nice not having to go up and down
stairs to do laundry. I feel that this home would be a great choice for an elderly
couple at only $249,900.
